POS Ltd, established in 1986 in Halifax, West Yorkshire, are providers of reliable, cost-effective Multi-Channel EPoS systems. We have a proven track record of installing Point of Sale systems throughout the country which have given retailers and hospitality clients the necessary tools to trade successfully both in store and online.

We pride ourselves on forging long-term relationships with businesses of all sizes, from single till premises to multi site, multi point of sale stores. HOW WE WORK WITH YOU

Whether you are seeking an EPoS solution for a new business or upgrading an existing system, we understand it can be an onerous task. That’s why we don’t email you instructions and leave you to get on with it. We work in a structured and consultative way to ensure you are getting the best system and service.

Phase One

First we find out about your business, how it is structured, how your data is currently stored and any pain points you want to get rid of. Our free online demonstration facility is a great way to discover more about your business as well as show you all the opportunities on offer with an EPoS solution from POS. Together we design the solution which will best suit your business going forward.

Phase Two

Existing product ranges and customer data can be bulk imported into your new system via CSV file and we will be on hand to give you as much guidance as required. We’ll test the data fully to make sure it’s going to work for you. Here we can also help you set up features such as staff security levels and price bands. 

Phase Three

We install and configure your new system in person, and of course will be on hand for staff training. You also have the option to have your new till set to training mode, meaning your whole team can really get to know it without messing up your stock or accounts figures before it goes live.

Ongoing

The POS XSELL software is a feature-rich system, and our support service is not just there for if things go wrong. We’re also here if you just need a reminder about something, or advice about something specific you want to achieve. Our in-house support team are here 7 days a week on the phone or by email. There are also customer help files on our website, which are a great aide-memoire for how to approach tasks if you’re stuck.

Pricing Structure

We partner with the leading point of sale hardware manufacturers, ensuring you get the best deal on the best till for your business. You then own this built to last hardware outright. The price we quote you also includes the software, integrations and unlimited support. From year two it is an annual software licence renewal.
