Product data is the backbone of the XSELL Back Office system.
Here is where you can organise your inventory efficiently and streamline ordering, selling, stock takes and reporting.
You can also easily set the type of product you are selling such as Style/Colour/Fit (set up one product and then attach colours and sizes to that master product). Master & Linked (when you buy in bulk but sell in smaller quantities), Unit products for when you sell a group of existing products together (such as a gift hamper).
Product pages are also where selling prices, department discounts and price bands are set.
For each product you can get a quick overview of sales and order histories.
Purchasing & Supplier Management
The XSELL system is packed with tools to help you streamline business processes. Once you have set up suppliers against a product (and a product can have multiple suppliers against it) you can then assign useful data such as lead times, minimum order quantities or values, and the re-order method you would like to use (e.g. ROQ/ROL).
The XSELL suite has intelligent reordering algorithms built in to save you admin time. Whenever you choose a supplier, all the products you order from them will be shown and you can further narrow this down by department, sub department or brand. It’s also easy to keep track of part received orders and manage faulty stock and returns.

Customers
The XSELL software allows you to make the most of customer relationships, beyond mere customer accounts.
